If they are gonna talk about that global warming scam then I WILL NOT BE THERE. Enjoy the Al Gore forum though. Sorry Just won't participate in the panic.

Thanks Fishbait, sounds like an interesteing and informative presentation. Always good to learn something and Jim Martin has been working on salmon issues for a long time. Sorry I won't be able to make it because of a prior committment I can't miss.

Kinda weird how you guys jump onto a thread and make a statement about why you WON'T go. This is ifish, so you don't owe anybody an explanation as to why you won't go.

Is it possible for you to just ignore the invitation, and not show up? Or could it be that....you are trying to talk other people out of attending?

I think they are hoping to discourage people from posting stuff that they know is controversial. We get a mouthful on the other boards.

This is the last safe haven on Ifish.

Sometimes I wish they would put global warming, dams, Walmart, gilnetters on the profanity list.

When it comes to NorthWest salmon and salmon research, Jim Martin is THE MAN.

I'll bet anyone in advance that they WILL find his presentation interesting and thought provoking.

Fair warning though, Martin definitely does have a pro-salmon bias (LWTFDYE)
