Default Sturgeon Recipies?

Someone told me about "poor man's lobster". Forget if he told me how to make it. Had something to do with boiling cubed sturgeon in a sugar water or something like that... Any others gladly accepted.

Hey phunybonz,
This was posted a few months ago and I think it wouldn't hurt. I've tried the boiled sturgeon and really love it. Very simple, hardly any clean up and it tastes great. Dip it in some melted butter and you would think you were eating lobster. Seriously! Get the water to a roaring boil and drop in the cubes for about 5 minutes. Pop them out and serve. Simple as that. Cubes should be about 1 cubic inch or so. Just enough for a bite. Hope this helps.
