Default Lots & lots of nets in the Columbia

I drove the I-84 today from Umatilla to Portland. I've never seen so many nets in the Columbia! I had to make a pitstop at Celilo Park. The Indians were gathered around these big tubs of fish. $2.00 per pound. I was tempted (the wife has been paying $6.00/lb. at Albertsons) but I couldn't bring myself to support their fishery. I figure they were allocated more than their share and they kill natives. Gotta figure out how to get a springer on a fly. Teeny 400 line?
