does/ has anyone had any luck hunting feral swine in oregon? i had a couple friends that got some near redmond a few years ago, but the property changed hands and is posted now. does anyone have an idea of areas to find them? i see odfw has a hot line for complaints but wont help out with names or areas to hunt. just wanting to try something new!
We talked about this a few months ago. I think the consensus was that they took a bunch of them out by air, and there aren't a whole bunch any more on public lands and where except may be southern Oregon.
i would love to hunt them little suckers too, they look like a fun animal to bowhunt, i wish there was oppertunity here to keep me packing a bow in the off season.
