Default Aerial photographs of Western Oregon

Does anyone know of a good source of aerial photographs of the Coast Range??? I'm needing some of Stott Mt. unit. It would save me a ton of time scouting....

not sure where you can get recent aerial photos, but you can use terraserver. I believe the photos are from 1995 though; Stott Mountain Unit has changed drastically in the last 5 years, depending on what portion you are trying to scout.

I don't even think that google maps and such have photo coverage of those areas for the fact that they are not populated.

Try Yahoo.com Maps, Then SAT.. That is one option.
Google, has some but some area's are not covered. If they are it's 1997 photo's, like terra server.

Depends on location in oregon, will depend on current updated maps.
Goggle had a 2005 photo was nice clean shot of area.. Come 2006 year.. they re-shot that area.. now it's under cloud cover. Drats....... Must be the hidden Missilie silo's, that are part of the Star wars project.
hope that helps.

How well does google earth work for that type of thing. I have messed around with it looking at places in Idaho and Montana and could see where we hunted pretty easy.

My favorite is maptech.com, works great and gives color photos of 1/5000 ratio. Click on create a map for purchase option. Doesn't mean you have to buy just lets you see the map in detail.

Look up the National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP) on google. A county will cost you $50, and they have links to a couple of free viewers. This stuff has a resolution of 1 or 2 meters and absolutely smokes anything availabe from google or terraserver etc... I have the whole state at work, and we use it all the time.
