Default depoe bay report

We left the dock at 7:50 am . picked up the our passengers at trade wind an through the hole we went. seas a bit rough and raining cats and dogs.
got to through the hole and headed north. stoped out side of the wind mark and set the drift. as we are drifting the coast guard calls out that the bar is closed to 30' and under. the passengers looked at rick and I asked if we were ok. we told them we were an inspected vessel and all was ok.

we started the drift and imediately has doubles on. the first drift we had 17 fish for 7 people. we completed 3 more difts and were limited out by 9:00 am
we then tried for lings with nothing to show for 4 drifts. called it a day as the wind picked up.
the hole was like a maytag on the way in. good day, happy passengers and fish to boot.
