Anybody fish Wind River or O.C. today?

It's looking like the kids and I will be playing hooky and going fishing tommorrow (girl 8, and boys 10, 12). I know it's gonna be crowded wherever we go, but could anybody tell me how the bite was at these two places. It's not for me, but for the kids [img]images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img] Seriously though, any real reports would be appreciated. They know it's gonna be wet and cold, but a fish or two would go along way towards distracting them!! Thanks for the help.

I fished OC from about 8:30 til about 1:30 today. VERY SLOW.

I was told of a small bite early in the morning around the tide change, but other than that it was very slow while I was out there. The guides were out in force, but most of them were on their cell phones and searching for fish like everybody else. I talked to a guide who said today was one of the slowest he's seen lately.

Fished O.C. from 7:00 - 12:00. Hooked one fish on a Tadpolly and wasted about 2lbs of eggs! SLOW!!!!!!!

I hate wasting GREAT eggs!

My friend was up there today said he only saw 4 fish caught.Sounds like its still really slow.its still a little early for the wind or drano.it should start going strong any day now tho.
