Default Oregon River Access Rights Info Here

If you really need to get up to speed on river access rights you need to obtain a copy of the following document. If enough request it perhaps they will put it on the web where it belongs. If too many request it I am sure you will eventually have to pay for it as I did over 20 years ago.168 pages and refered to by the
" newbies " to the issue as the Farnell Report.Older river rights activists know it as the "Blue Book" on navagability. Its correct title is " Report and Recommendation on the Navigable Waters of Oregon" available form the following gentleman. jeff.kroft@state.or.us
If you are not activly involved with this issue I ask that you wait untill it is available online.A certain river rights organization has assured me that they will make it avaiable in PDF format when they get their copy. Not my promise.By making this info available to the General Public I have no doubt set afire a friendly bridge that I have used for many years.I have set this fire as I have soooo many others so that the public may be better enlightened
