Default HELP: 25:1 mixture ratio
If I have this ration how much oil would I put into a gallon of gas? Anyone?

A gallon of gas is four quarts, or 8 pints. A pint is 16 fluid ounces. So a gallon is 128 fluid ounces. Divide 128 by 25, and you get just over 5 ounces, which is a little more than half a cup.
