Anyone looking for a room to rent in the Eugene Area

Hey Gang,

was not sure where to post this so here it goes.

I am looking at buying a house here in the next couple of months and will have a room availabe to rent out.

I don't have details yet as I have not purcahsed anything, but rent would probably be between $300-$400 plus 1/2 utilities, no drugs/no smoking.

At this point I am just kind of putting out some feelers.

I am a 33 year old clean cut guy, with a good job and like most of you like to drink and fish, and watch Duck FB & BB.

Please let me know if you know of anyone that would make a good RM.
