Default Herring Spinner Rigs

Have seen some herring spinner rigs here and am wondering where I can purchase the spacer tubing between the spinner and the herring. Lure Jenson's over the counter complete set up material is a colored translusent tubing that's flexible, but tough enough to stay straight. Any tips?

Something that's a lot less hassle than a spinner ahead of your herring is a Thin Twin.

Just add a few beads ahead of your leading hook and slide that baby right on there.

Looks AWESOME!

Thanks for the tip, but has anyone seen that tubing material available anywhere, in raw form to make your own creations?

I really like using beads in instead of the tubing. 5 beads in front of the hook and then the spinner clevis and blade have always worked great. I just never liked the way the tubing looked/worked with the bait.

Good luck!

A few 6mm beads a clevis and blade will get you there, Thin-Twins also are a easy way....

and nothing wrong with a big chrome corkie above your top hook with a herring either.
