Special thanks to Pete--
I would like to thank Pete for rallying the troups to the fishery causes, this morning.
We appreciate you, Pete! Keep it up! Without you, we'd be a much smaller voice!

Ditto Pete!
I sent my letters, I hope it helped. Due to my business, I am unable to attend the meeting today. I will be there in spirit however.
Good Luck to Pete and all others able to attend.

Re: Special thanks to Pete--
Thank you, Pete. Today was the first time I have ever attended one of those meetings, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it. Great info on fish runs, the timing of the run, etc.
Mortality rate? What a joke.
Thanks for keeping us informed.

Re: Special thanks to Pete--
Pete is a great guy.
As good as they come!
Pete is the guy my dog thinks I am.
I got to make a quick post and head for Kalama and GO to bed.
These Sportsman's shows are a test of your endurance and if it wasn't for my friend Brad and brother Duane that needed help, I'd be fishing.

Re: Special thanks to Pete--
I have never met you Pete, but I thank you for your effort. I couldn't have written a very intelligent letter to legislators but I copied the majority of your letter when I e-mailed my legislators and I think it made an impact on them. I am going to the show tomorrow and I will stop by the booth and maybe I can meet you.

Re: Special thanks to Pete--
Pete, I witnessed you in action in Olympia & was pleased to meet you in Oregon City on Thursday. I learned quite a bit in the two meetings I've attended & I have you to thank because of your posts encouraging us to become involved.
Thank you for all you do for us! I'll see you again.

Re: Special thanks to Pete--
Thanks. I wish I could take credit, but it's the letters, phone calls, e-mails and testimony that others gave which really make a difference.
As for a career in politics, that sounds like a form of suicide in Oregon. I think I'll pass on that one, thanks!

Re: Special thanks to Pete--
I ran into Pete at the Sportsmans show (or he ran into me  ) and it was great to see him again.
If you haven't the pleasure to meet Pete yet, you have to admire the guy.
Pleasant, down to earth, quiet and not over-whelming, smart but understandable, and one of the most polite guys you will ever meet.
If he was running Republican, Democratic or otherwise, he would have my vote!
If you haven't had the pleasure to meet him yet, go out of your way to meet and/or fish with this guy.
Class act!
