Any reports on the rockfish and lings? Wouldn't mind catching some tomorrow or next weekend...MMMM...fish n' chips.....thanks...

Last Sun or Mon was the last window. Forecast is not good for getting out. Fish are usually pretty snappy when you get out there though.

I wish I had a report to give other than the ocean has been too rough for me to get outside!

ok thanks...... I called Newport marina and they said Umatilla II had full limits on rockfish and just about full limts on lings ( 1 or 2 people didn't) today. I also called tradewinds but haven't heard back....Sounds like the weather isn't too good eh? I'll go if they can get out!

Hehe......oh yea, you'll ALWAYS get a fine fishing report from that charter office. Truly!

There is only one "brick & mortar" office between Depoe Bay and Newport that I'd trust 100% with anything they said over the phone. And I'm not going to name it because somebody will get upset that their "favorite" was not the one I named.
