Default A fine fish brine....????

Any recipes for bait fish brines?

I've heard that rock salt works well but I don't know how much to use for sure. I seem to remember something about 1 cup of rock salt to every 2 cups of water .

What about adding scents of bait oils to the brine?

What about soaking your stretchy string in the brine?

How long will the brined baits last?

Thanks in advance for the replies.
