Default Pains/Wessex Flares: Order and Pick-up

Okay guys, it is time to order the flares and arraigned for pick-up. Please check the list and let me know of any changes ASAP.

I will not be shipping these out to anyone. You will have to arraign pick-up in the Portland area. Depending on turn-around time, I may be able to deliver some of these to the TA Meeting at the Rogue on March 15.

We will come up with another date for a TA meeting at the Lucky Lab for another dissemination. More details as they become available.

If you have not ordered yet, this is your last chance. These flares are visible for miles unlike the shotgun flares that we saw demonstrated (pathetic) and the price we are getting is about half what these flares normally go for (under $30).

Englunds will ship to you. That way your Tuna gear will be rigged and ready before you get to the beach.

I can hold on to your rocket flares and get them to you when you head out this way.

Check your PMs.

As soon as I know when we can pick them up I will let you know.

As soon as we have a final price we will let you know. It will probably be the best price we can get plus about a dollar to cover the cost of going and getting them. It will be around $30 per.

Ray is also checking on pricing for a 50nm kit. As soon as we have that info we will let you know.

If you have specific questions that I have not answered, please, let me know.

For those interested in the 50 Nautical Mile kit (the kit put together for commercial boats to meet the signal requirement) here are the details...

We make up a kit for commercial fishermen which is packed in a metal ammo can and includes the following:

3 Red Parchute Rockets
6 Red Hand Flares
3 Floating Orange Smoke Signals

Cost for this is $275 ($250 if you don't need or want the ammo can).

Reply sent.

About the dates, these are fresh flares. Typically they are within their useful certified date for 2 to 3 years. These will be as fresh as they come.

Due to the interest in these flares with over 100 units requested, the logistics and initial outlay has become larger than anticipated (over $3000).

Presently, Jennie is fully engaged in Kilches surgery, scheduled for tomorrow. Next week when she has some time she is going to help me set up a paypal account so that we can get these ordered and picked up.

Thanks for your patience.

Folks, just a heads up and help spread the word... Once the paypal link is posted you will have limited opportunity to get your order paid for.
We will not be able to take any more orders after we close the order so do not delay, get your order made and paid for and lets get this done.
Thanks for all the interest and be safe out there...

We will be picking these up after the first of the month. I set up a paypal account that should allow most to pay ahead of time. I am still waiting for a final price but it looks like $32 per flare all included (paypal and fuel to Seattle). As soon as I here from Ray I will get a final price.
