Default Plunking Set Up ???

cWhat's the proper spacing when plunking two spin-n-glos? I been alway just fished with one but think my catching ratio may improve if I double up. Any suggestions??

Default Re: Plunking Set Up ???

Here's the rules I use for double rigs.
1.Keep your leader shorter than your lead line.
2. Keep your top leader shorter than the distance to your 1st leader.

so on that note let your leader length be your guide for the top rig.

the other way to do the 2nd rig is to tie a swivel inline about 24" above your first three way/spreader and put a couple of beads on your line. Cast, and after it catches take a second leader with a snap swivel on the end put a 1oz cannonball sinker or even a small mooching sinker on the swivel and clip it to your mainline and slide it down.

Hope that helps

Rick
