I've heard of soaking the sardine filets in a container in the refrigerator over night with your favorite scent marinate is a pretty effective thing [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]

Soaking your sardines in scent can be super effective as hey_yall mentioned. One thing that I've noticed whend brining sardine fillets is that you have to pack them in rock salt or pickling salt so they toughen up to wrap on the Kwiky. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
