I read the last thread a little to late to plan. I'll be watching for the next one.

Toas, take the lead and set a date. I suspect we spooked the coyotes over there pretty good, so I wouldn't go back to the same place. But perhaps later you might get down some of the roads we were not. We left a pile of wood for ya too.
I'm afraid I'm out though. Have plans to head home and spend a couple weekends w/ the ol'man steelhead fishing and maybe pop a squirrel or two in the afternoons, if the sun & weather permits. But we'll have to sneek out up on the mountain and slip the E-Caller out one more time.

To All Interested Predator Hunters!
YES! We WILL be putting on a hunt next year and I could use some input as to new areas to explore. KAMP KI-O-TEE is a highly mobile and fluid operation ready at a moments notice to wage an assault on the wily predators that roam the high plains of Central and Eastern Oregon.
That said, it better be a lot warmer if this smelly old "Coyote Caller" plans to go! My Goodness, I am still looking for two fingers...

Oh, I hope we are not waiting until next year to try another one. I am going to Huntington next month and will scout some areas along the way. I was looking at that Heppner Cougar Target area, heard there were a lot of coyotes there too. I will check it out.

If you have any ideas, and want to do something, I would be tottaly down, and go with you, and be there for sure, I am getting my license soon, and my pick-up will be fully operational and functional within a month, so I look forward to all and any ideas,

lets shoot for a fewmonths out when it warms up sure it is not good for the pelts but if the baby deer and stuff start to drop a fawn in distress call might bring in a bit more then a yote! rp
