Fishing Reports?? (please help!)

Going fly fishing this Saturday, but cant find any good fishing reports. Where can I find some?? Thinking about going to the Metolius, Crooked...other?? Anyone have any good leads on where they are biting??? Where are the good trout or others this time of year (places that are open of course)

Crooked River has been fishing really well considering the low water. That would be my choice. (Hint) chornomid fished just under the surface.

The crooked almost always fishes good in March and April. Don't expect any big fish though. Bring some Chirominids, Small Scuds, and definitely some parachute and floating nymphs in a Blue Winged Olive pattern. If it gets sunny be prepared for a furious Blue Winged Olive hatch this time of year (Mostly early - mid afternoon)

Just talked to a friend of mine that got back from the Metolius. He did real well on the big Bull Trout in the Gorge. Was fishing large rainbow trout imitation streamers. If you go to the Metolius make sure you check the regs. Catch and release only and you are not allowed to fix any lead onto your leader or tippet.
