Best Price for Bulk Spectra???

What's the best deal going for a Spectra 80# service spool (1500 or 2500)? Since no ifish sponser sells these that I know of, I assume this post is ok?

Best I'm finding would be Charkbait at around $150 for a 1500 yd spool (Izor).

I found it on E-bay, $120.00 for 1500 Power Pro 100 lb. not 80

Best quality and pricing I have found is thru Jerry Brown Industies in Gold Hill, Or. He is Line One Spectra...............he has been in the business for a long time and most long range fisherman swear by his product. The last pricing I got was for 1,200 yds. at $124.00. This is NON-HOLLOW spectra if that makes a difference.

John you missed the Sportsmans show BOBs had Power Pro 2500 yd spools of 80 for $179 maybe you can get them to honor that price again.

YUP! His show prices on 2500 yd spools have been better than eBay....although this year the pricing seemed to jump up a bit and wasn't the absolute KILLER deal of year's past.

I just bought 1500yds 80lb PowerPro Spectra on ebay for $107.00 +10.00 shipping yesterday. That will refill most of my reels for this season. That was the buy it now price. Still beats the heck out of paying full retail.

I fish with that Berkley Big Game Braid line for the first time last week - 100lb test. Stuff is silky smooth and reported to have smaller diameter than other superlines.

Comes in 1500 and 2200 spools and colors are Lo-vis Green and Cabo White. Probebly find it ebay cheaper than others. 2200yrd spool 100lb on Berkley's site is $210

I will be going to it at the end of this season.
