Who\' #1 ?
As replies slow down on the DB, I find myself hitting the "all topics" function and browsing old threads. Lots of interesting and informative stuff and 89 pages!
Just a FYI question and observation. All of us registered users have a member # chronologically based from the DB's comception, but there is no #1. Jen, the founder and creator of the DB is #2, who's #1 ?

Re: Who\' #1 ?
I was wondering the same thing. Thought that was rather odd.
Maybe Jen left the real founder at the river some where and came back and took over their site a long time back.

Re: Who\' #1 ?
Number one is the person I hired to help me install this board for some of you most gracious recipients. (NOT)
Sometimes I am very shocked at the attitude of those who have been given a gift.
I guess though, even amidst the few users who don't appreciate, I'll just be the energizer webmistress.... I'll just keep giving, and giving and giving and giving.
It's what they call grace.
I learned it from a book I read as a child, and continue to read now.
Its about a man who still loves me, after I shock him and break his heart time after time. He's a cool dude, and I will always try to live my life imitating Him. I fail miserably at times, but I know in my heart that it is the right thing to do!
You might have run into Him sometime on the river when you were sure your boat was going under, or on the road when your car was going to crash, or when you were worried about a loved one.
And then everything was alright.
I think everything is going to be alright!
Believe me, I've done alot of private talking with Him lately.
Jen

Jen,
He's a wonderful guy to spend time with. One of my favorite parts about going fishing alone, is to just sit quietly and listen to his advice.

Re: Who\' #1 ?
Jen & Hog',
#1 takes many forms. Some worship the beauty of our planet , are sustained by its bounty, and accept the consequences of not believing it's importance in our lives. . They believe if it will no longer accommodate us, little else matters.
The "enlightened ones" attend worship services daily and spread the word to others.
Planet Earth or Ifish...
I must...
I will...
I believe...

Re: Who\' #1 ?
The Lord leadeth me by still waters, and shows me where to cast.
That is something my dad used to say to me and my brother every day we were drifting a river. Havn't thought of it since I was like 16. Hmm, thanks guys and gals! :teardrop:...........
