Default Help needed for the Salty Dog convention

If you can spare an hour or so to lend a hand at the convention, we could use your help. This will not be an all day thing, just an hour or two so everyone has a chance to enjoy the programs and trade show.

These are the areas where we need help.

1. Faciliataors for the programs - (5-people). Please contact MarkMc - waterwise@comcast.net

2. Registration desk - (4-people). Please contact Dale Powers -dpowers136@hotmail.com

3. Trade show helpers and monitors - (10 - People). One hour shifts. Please contact - Del Stephens pointman40@hotmail.com

4. Raffle set-up (2 -peo0ple). Walter Chuck - PM please
5 Raffle ticket sellers - (8-people). Walter Chuck - PM please
This is going to be a great convention and with your help we will all be able to enjoy it.

Still need a few folks to facilitate a session. That is, facilitate just one, 1-hour session. Job is to:

- assist with computer / projector
- tell folks "OK we're gonna start so please get settled"
- introduce the speaker
- watch the clock, and "encourage" the speaker to wrap it up
- facilitate a few minutes of question / answer
- at 25 after the hour, tell folks "OK time to go to the next session. Next one in this room is (yadda yadda)

please, don't make me offer a bribe to do this

I am willing to help where needed with one condition, my heart will not allow for physical stuff but I could help on the registration table. Heart procedure in the next couple weeks will relieve some heart symptoms and allow me to fish again. Yea.

I have PMed Walter to see if he needs help with selling raffle tickets.

I will just need to know where to be and what time to be there.
