This has been happening for years and it amazes me that they continue to allow it. It happens every time we get a decent rain after a dry spell and usually it's buried in the newspaper when the paper runs it.
Fobbman, It is hard to believe that such toxic dumping continues. I asked the Gov for a response to why it continues and received mail back saying his office would respond. I will share that info when I get it.
