New Seat Belt Law please read...........

This is very Important, please pass on to friends and family. THIS MAY SAVE A LIFE!

The National Highway
Safety Council has done
extensive testing on a newly
designed seat belt. Results
show that accidents can be
reduced by as much as 45%
when the belt is properly
installed. Correct installation
is illustrated below.......

I've printed it out and will dutifully post it on the dash in front of the passenger seat so all passengers will be aware!

Only problem is the hands are not secured. Driver is likely to get a knuckle sandwich.

I'd like to deliver a knuckle sandwich to the idiots in WA that made car seats mandatory for anyone under 5'.
