Have a Fish and Game Story?

This happend in Calif. Pidgeon Point.
My friend Ted and I with my 11 year old Son Scott were Abalone hunting. after my friend and I got our limits we were done and on the way back to shore, OUT of the water (low tide) my Son picked a Abalone, Ted and I had 4 each and Scott 1. We were approached by fish/game, my friend and I had wetsuits on my son not, we were given a citation for over the limit buy one Ab. We were told my Scott could not have gotten the Abs as it was a deep water Abs (black Abs) HUH??????? WRONG. Got the cite anyway and one AB confiscated. Wrote letters to the Governor down to the warden’s boss. On court date fish and game commissioner contacted the DA and dropped the case. Ya never know!
