Do ya think that worked FM?

Maybe there will be less competition now. ... just kidding; I think

I have noticed early growing moss in a few steelhead streams this early spring. It's due to the excess sunshine and lower flows of course. I hope it doesn't cause too much of a problem up rivers such as the Sandy and Clackamas. I hate back bouncing up big green gobs of 'cooked spinach' all over my eggs or shrimp or Warts. This usually doesn't occur until into June, but it will become problematic in many places early this year. And the low flows could dampen the Columbia bite of all the excess springers on their way. Ironic huh?! - RT
