Need advice

Hello all,
I need to be in Portland Thur. & Fri. next week. I will have some time Thursday afternoon and evening and would like to fish for springers or steelhead, however I'm not sure what would be the best bet. I will be fishing from the bank, I have waders if needed. I still have stink on my tag and would love to catch a steelhead on a b&j set-up. Any advice?

Check out Dave Johnson's reports. Clackamas River may be a good bet. Barton park has some friendly access and a lot of bank water to cover.
