Goose pictures
Thought you guys might like to see some geese that I stumbled across today and snapped some pics. There were close to 3000 geese (mostly cacklers) with 2 yellow collars in the group and several reds. Hopefully, I attached the photos correctly.

I was working down there and the building I was working on evacuated. While we were standing in the parking lot I would say close to a 1000 of the darned things bombed the parking lot from over head!!

Sorry guys...these geese were on Finley Refuge. I was out doing collar surveys in Benton Co. and didn't find many birds so thought I'd hop over to Finley. Well I found the birds. There was close to 3000 birds with these ones. The other side of the road had about 500 more, the field just around the bend had another 1000, and there was several hundred more in the air. I do know where they generally hang out when not on the refuge, but I can't tell you...

Looks like there are still some yellow band for me to get in the late season. Glad to see Dave and Bruce(gunrodbow)didn't kill them all.

Oh don't worry I know where them geese will be come the opener, I'm pretty sure we killed that yellow collars brother the other day (2nd period)  . Good luck.
