Default Bow Pulpit / Anchor Sprit Question

Below is a pic of my vessel. As you can see, on the bow is a TV Antenna This was installed by the former owner (my BIL, bless his heart). I need to come up with a reliable system for an anchor. I need something versatile that will allow me to have a Danforth anchor while at sea and a healthy river anchor while in the rivers. I'm hoping that the dogs will help me brainstorm a solution that is both practical and affordable. Mind you, the major obstical is in the V-Berth as it is upholstered. Any ideas?

Thanks
CrF

Are you prepared to move the TV antenia?
Is there an anchor locker capable of storing your rode?

I had a pulpit fabricated with a roller and windless. This allowed operation from either the helm or on the bow. The only reason to operate at the bow was to attach a bouy if I wanted to be able to release and float free.

I have no problem moving/removing the antenna. Anchor locker - not really. I'd probably have to store the rode on the bow, run it down through the hatcsh or ???? Wow! I just checked the prices on a windlass One step at a time, I guess.

Did you have the pulpit made out of metal, fiberglass, teak, or ???

Thanks

I had my pulpit made from Stainless plate. The stainless roller was then welded to the pulpit. I know that aftermarket pulpits are available in fiberglass and teak but I don't have any experience with them. Some will have the hole located in the center of the pulpit. This won't work as well if you plan on using a bouy.

I have photos but haven't figured out how to attach. PM me with your e-mail if interested.
