That's nothing on the hundreds of thousands of fish that the WDFW have been responsible for "losing" over the past few years.

In the "Treaty Fisheries", sport fishers get bean counted to death. Fish taken by the sports are counted as "encounters". I'm not sure exactly what that means but I think its just some phony methodology to over count fish taken by sports.

But the tribes, they don't get counted. Just phony numbers if they report numbers at all and they usually don't. Its all a joke and prob illegal.

Sometimes I wish I was a billionaire, I'd bog the WDFW and the tribes down in lawsuits for years.

The Feds should take an active role in this mess. After all, the original treaties were federal not state.
