Default 16' Clackacraft Power Drifter

16’ Clackacraft Power Drifter. The Power Drifter, which Clackacraft is now remaking once again due to demand for these older models, was designed for scooting around upper and lower tidewater, and is easily rowed as well. Great boat for fly fishing, crabbing, salmon trolling, tow to the high lakes. Super sturdy, zero maintenance, leave it out in the rain.

-1983 boat, completely rebuilt 3 years ago with new transom, new epoxy bottom, and hull stiffened
-All new stainless or galvanized hardware.
-3 year old Tohatsu 20 hp 4 stroke electric start, power tilt and trim. Less than 100 hours on it, great motor, runs excellent, barely sips gas at trolling speed, flushed after every use, oils changed annually, winter prep includes fogging cylinders.
-3 higher end padded pedestal seats, super comfortable
-front and rear anchor davits with 30# pyramid anchors
-fish finder
-Quality breakdown graphite oars
-anchor ropes, dock ropes, bumpers, life jackets, etc.
-sturdy, serviceable steel trailer, some light surface rust, bearings last year, new spare, new roller jack, new crank, has poly glide boards, so boat slips on and off super easy.
--will throw in a new salmon net, motor extension handle, even a barely used inflatable life jacket.

Will sell to ifishers now for $5000, in 2 months will go on CL for $6000 if still available. Boat is located on north end of Devils Lake, just outside Lincoln City.

Very nice...looks bigger than 16 foot compared to a 16 foot drift boat....good luck.

yes, have owned both high side and SSG Clack's, this is much more boat. Higher sides and transom, almost 7' of beam at the gunnels, crazy stable. So much more functional in tidewater then db's with a 10 hp - this will do almost 20 at 3/4 throttle, and motor barely sips gas when trolling.

Been a great boat, a barn find 3 years ago that I put a whole lot of hours into completely rebuilding, more solid now then when new, between trolling the mouth and flyfishing tidewater has taken a couple dozen salmon each fall since then.

Just had my casting shoulder rebuilt so no casting this year, and we're relocating next spring to the mountains, so time to find another home for this tidewater special.

Sorry surfnfish, my friend that was looking at your boat picked up another one this morning. (Your boat is a dandy, though!)

Do you have other photos? Are the 3 seats stationary?

Looks like a great setup!

Front and middle seats are bolted to a runner down the middle, which is bolted to two stringers. Seats easily removable.

I'm recovering from shoulder surgery, bit more recovery time, the boat gets cleaned up, fresh coat of interior hull paint, and on to CL it goes.
