Default Cougar Hunting

Spent the day with Sliverpicker trying to find a cougar.

We got in the winter range, spent a while driving around looking for some tracks in the fresh snow crossing a road to chase down Finally we got on foot and hiked a few miles trying to find a fresh cat track. We had fresh snow, with lots of deer and coyote tracks

We found quite a few deer, some even had headgear

At the end of the day, we found no cat tracks, no sheds, nothing died, but I still had a great time.

This is going to be a great year Thanks Ron

Nice, sounds like what I do almost every weekend, usually ends up being a scenic hike but always good to get out.

New snow tonight!

What you talkin'bout, we slayed a semi full of bulls and bucks!

The snow conditions were perfect today. Yet you find any lion tracks this winter though? Better classify them as threatened!

Thanks for coming along Roy!

Looks like fun and getting pics of those bucks would have made my day. Good luck on your next hunt.
