Well CT, the Seattle defensive backfield is decimated by injury with Trufant, Herndon, and Williams all out. Not sure who's going to play cornerback for them? We'll see if T.O. can earn his big pay check Saturday! They still have to stop Seattle's offense which won't be easy at Qwest field. GO SEAHAWKS!!!

If Dallas does get by Seattle they can look forward to a cold, painfull, abrupt end of season at Chicago!

The boys dont stand much of a chance Saturday. Their still weak at linebacker. In the secondary, only one decent corner and he's got a bum knee. Roy Willams can hit but he couldn't cover anyone unless he threw a blanket over them. And the Cowboys offence line still sucks even with a mobil quarterback.

Bears arent looking so great down the stretch, so I dont know. I have the Pokes past the Seachickens this week and Philly past the Giants (easily), then a Bear implosion will eliminate them, and the Eagles eeking past Nawlins.....classic Boys-Eagles matchup.

On the other side of the equation, New England wins, Indy wins (week 1)...but then San Diego/Indy in the championship with San Ditomlinson in the SuperBowl.

Grossman can't seem to put together a decent game anymore, so I don't expect Da Bearsz to go far. They should win their first-round bye, however.

supporting the local team?? Sure the hawks are weak compared to last year, but they are still in the playoffs. Anything can happen, anything. Just look at some of their wins, and those were before hasslebeck and alexander.

I lived in SF when the 9ers sucked, still stayed with them. Lived in chicago when the bears sucked, stayed with them.
I'm still on the wagon, till they are done for the season. hopefully after the superbowl ( with ton of luck)

I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't live in washington, so I personally don't think there is a local team for Oregon. I just wish the gods that be, who choose which game we watch each weekend, would realize, the whiners, HaHawks, and Raiders are not in oregon.

i was born in Yuma,Az. San Diego was the closest local team we had. (no arizona cardinals yet) i have been a San Diego fan though my years living in Redskin territory, Niner/ Raider Territory, Dolphin/Buccaneer territory, Cowboy territory. and now Seachicken territory.

Well, let's see...the Seahawks are riddled with injuries, and Dallas hasn't been firing on all cylinders for quite awhile, they are a team in disarray right now. Looks like pretty much a toss-up to me, but I've got my money on Hasslebeck and Alexander, not Romo and TO.
