Default NiCad Battery Reconditioning?

Does anyone know of a place that can recondition NiCad batteries in the Portland/Metro area? I have 4 from a Makita drill that have developed memories and don't hold a charge long. Fred Meyer used to do this, but it looks like they stopped. I found a place in Salem that does it but I don't want to drive down there if I can avoid it. Thanks.

You can get new batteries pretty cheap (compared to new Makita brand) on Ebay......also can get Ni-MH and those dont take a memory (if ur charger will charge em that is)

There is a chain store called Batteries Plus that can rebuild your batteries and its much cheaper than new ones.
