Default rookie..continue to post.. fish story

I'm new to ifish and I can honestly say that I caught my first steelhead because of all the wonderful advise from all of you!! My fish story from what I hear is very typical. I was on a coastal river when all of the sudden a snag was moving downstream!! That's when I decided maybe I should set the hook!! The rest was history!! So if you're thinking you should stop posting from sharing info...please don't...there are alot of folks out here that really appreciate your input. Sorry ..not pics I have no idea how to download a picture on this website

I too appreciate the info on Ifish!

I tend to be a "lurk and learner" and put the occasional post when I feel I can add something more than the "clapping hands" icon or "nice feesh" reply.

I don't snag, crowd people at holes, litter, floss steelhead, take pictures holding gills, or have just three teeth. Some of "us" lurkers are good people and respect the resource and the forum.

Policing our own, whether here or in field, is the only way things will really change. This is kind-of a follow up to TackleBuster's comments today.

I will comment more later. Thank you.
