Article in the Oregonian today. Looked liked they backed-up on the Sandy River Basin Fish Management plan - opting to keep the summer steelhead plants in the lower river until Marmot comes out (Portland General Electric may decide to keep the dam in longer) and that they will not reduce the number of coho plants until they have a look at a lower Columbia river coho plan (Sandy, Clackamas, ...) expected this Spring.

The article did not report on other topics - good ones too (upper Rogue River bait, Spring Chinook seasons, ...).
