OH! - Jennie - you make it sound so easy.
Remember, not everyone has a premier salmon/steelhead stream in their backyard.

Its the thought that counts - right.

Tight Lines, Drifter.

Yeah, but there is no water in there! I just finished vacuuming the rest of it up with my shop vac. PHT! Gone!
And remember..... I am the one who gets to drive to Portland to get the Springers.... And I feel for you. Its not an easy haul, that two hour drive!
It is Sooooo gorgeous here though, thus my whole point!

'Yall! You weren't worried about floating the Satsop with 2 oarsmen that couldn't keep their eyes open were ya? Besides, you picked up the rowing techs pretty quick. Another couple floats on the sticks and you are good to go; on rivers like that Satsop. ... Jen, I golfed in a t-shirt today in mid-February. I don't recall doing that before. I sure dislike what the dry season is doing to the fishing, power supply, and snow pack (there isnopack ). But as long as it's this nice we might as well get the heck out there and enjoy it one way or another! Fishing for springers way down low in the Columbia is one idea. - RT

Default An Ifish Direct Order

If you are at work, at home, anywhere. I hereby now order you out to the sunshine!
Go out there and sit down. Do a little Tai Chi, or however you spell it.
Repeat calmly and soothingly to your soul:
"OHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"
"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"
"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"
"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"
OHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMYYY COD I HAVE TO GO CATCH A SPRING CHINOOK!"
Then walk back in the house/office/whatever, get your gear and do it!
