Default Need Dogs help with Magnetic heaters-Photos added

Thanks to Lee Putman i got the heaters cheap and finally got it wired. Heres the results. I used a old electrical box to mount all controls in and on.This is the starter box for a 5 horse rix compresser which goes to 4500 psi.
i had a friend put together a control air panel with 2 fill whips.. I also have a bauer compresser mounted next to it with the upper box controlling it. Now I'm set to fill tanks when the ocean calms.

Its the bottom box in this photo

The rix oiless system

air panel with high pressure regulator (4500 psi) step down

all compressors with large air bank tank and fill whips-one noisy corner in shop.

Most items have been picked up second hand-tanks -compressors-some controls-lots of high pressure stuff from Boeing surplus-one of the great as is yards.

You can replace the motor starter with another brand. 5 horse is size 0 NEMA rated. Mag overcurrent heaters are old school. What voltage is the control coil on the starter and what is the motor nameplate current and voltage?

NEMA or IEC you have lots of options for maybe a hundred bucks. PM me I do this for a living.

I'm trying to keep the costs down as the starter was free and heaters to match my 220 volt 5 hr 20.8 amp motor are under 30 bucks I was hoping to make this setup work. I have a friend in the electric busisness as far as new starters go-but Furnas brand stuff in my rural area is non exsitant
Olds school is my school.. Thanks Mark
