good cure recipie

Hi, I'm new to the board and might have missed some previous comments on this topic, but I'm looking for ideas on how to cure sardines so I can have ready made wraps. I'd also like to hear about any success with retarding the spoilage of sand shrimp. R.T. gave me some suggestions which were great, but I'd like to hear what others have to say also. Thanks

Hey Gof', for additional info to what I e-mail replied to you, use the search feature above. I don't use it much so maybe others can advise on how best to use it. I would think typing in "Egg Cures" will find some good previous posts on the subject; there has been a lot of very good info posted. Let me know how it works for you. - RT
