When I worked for different scouting organizations I would contact some local businesses and ask them to donate some items for prizes. These don't have to be large $$ items just something you could use for prizes, biggest fish, smallest fish, ect. Also if you want to reduce the competitive side of things just hold a raffle every so often or on the way home. Also works best if everyone goes home with something. I never had a problem rounding up stuff like this. Good Luck sounds like a great trip for the boys. Juat my $0.02 worth!

Are you from Utah? I think my buddie Rags talked to you over on the coast one day? I think it was a Maries. Do you get back to fish Utah? I think I am going to come over for a couple of springer trips. I'll have to give you a call. Have fun fishing for those steelhead and springers.
