Great service on optics

These company isnt a sponsor.In fact they probably arent real well known.But I got some great customer service out of them.So I would like to share it.

Last year I bought a pair of Carson XM 150,10x50 bino's.

These glasses are a real bargain for the price.I think they are better than the Nikon Monarchs.

Anyhow,I banged them up pretty good.Caused a problem with the twist up eye cups.Didnt want to twist up right.Got sticky.cocked off etc.
Last week I sent them in with a $12 s&h fee.Today a brand new pair showed up at my door via U.P.S..Hows that for service.

Any of you guys that are considering new glasses.In the mid range price range.I highly recommend you look into these.You can do a search on some of the hunting and optics boards and get a lot of feed back.

They have other series of binos also.But the XMs are the best.

This glass gets alot of respect on some other optics boards.
Never looked thru them myself but would like to someday.

Another optics company with great customer service is BSA. I lost a rubber eyecup on my binos so I e-mailed cutomer service, explained the situation and a week later one came in the mail no $ out of my pocket!
