I took my wife there tonight to meet up with another couple. Close friends of ours. We arrived at 6:30 and our server was right on time to ask if we'd like
a cocktail or glass of wine. Being the sofisticate that I am, I ordered the chardonnay

. We had salads, (which were very generous), some incredible Salmon chowder, and main entrees. I ordered the ribs. When they arrived I was shocked, as the portion was the size of a lazy boy chair! Delicious! My wife had the pork tenderlion
in a mustard demiglaze, quite superb. The waiter was attentive, knowlegable and polite. Overall a very good meal and experience. The interior is also quite impressive. I kept daydreaming during dinner about owning such a hand-hewn log lodge if I ever won the lottery, the place is pretty cool.
Overall, I'd give the meal and evening a 8.5 out of 10.
I know others have had bad experiences, but I'll be back for sure.
I am looking forward to sitting outside on the deck come summer watching the side-drifters go by.
bon appetit!
