summer lake 12/16-12/17
i plan on going down friday, for the weekend, trying out the fitted and patterned 870. the patterning went well with 17 hits on one bird and 21 on the other using pmc 2 3/4" 1 1/8 oz bb at 1285fps 30yds. imp cyl choke.

yes, we checked it last saturday. retied the anchors and adjusted the jacks. i'll be at the end of windbreak in the am saturday

That was a cold weekend! Good to hear you brought home the bacon. A buddy and I loaded up, mostly geese. Cant wait to go back for more

where i was set up saturday i could have killed more canadians and mallards, but they would have landed on the ice. so i passed on the shots. today i brought a blind out and set up in a place they where crossing away from the ice yesterday and nothing was flying.
