Any one hunted bears on the Quinault Res.

I was wondering if anyone has hunted bears on the Quinault reservation and would care to share their expierence with me, goo or bad. You can pm me if you like, or we can exchange a phone call? what ever you feel comfortable with. my dad wants to hunt bears with his bow and I know they hunt over bait there so I figure this is his best chance at a shot opportunity without going to Canada or Idaho.
