Default What? Where? When? (Picture from the Kilchis)

My daughters boyfriend Rick, Ken (from Kimmel's Sporting Goods) and I drifted the Kilchis today and as we got down to just above the Kilchis Bridge there was this tree leaning over the river with a set of light-weight Patagonia waders hanging from a limb.

We picked them off the tree and they appeared to be cut as if someone was caught in the river and had to get rid of them in a hurry.

Anyone know anything about this?

That's a scary thought.

I'm thinking these waders might be from the guys who over turned their pontoon boat in December. One of the guys had to literally cut off his waders in order to get free from the spot he was stuck in.

I had to do that on that river about 10 years ago....it went from pretty funny when I lost my footing to scared to death in about 2 seconds.
I never knew just how powerful the river current could be.

Perhaps the guy hooked one of those 75lb fall kings. Like the one we saw in the picture a few months ago. Probably drug him out of his waders during the fight.
