Default Fishing Barometer

This looks kind of cool. Is there any validity to this? Has anyone used one of these?

Never used one of those yet , But my wife and I at Big Lagoon were right in the middle of a great barometric bite one sunday there . we were fishing from shore using my favorite combo ,shrimp, anise mallows , liquid krill . nothing was happening until a small front moved in and the fish were bitin so fast that it almost seemed like work ... fast as you could re-bait and cast you had a bite . Then the sun popped out and it was like you turned a switch nothing ... front came back in .... it was mayhem again . toooo cool quite a lot of fun . so it might come in handy who knows

most of my best days are when a cold front is approaching. around the full moon like now.. when the sun comes out i think alot of fish become unactive and search for ambush points. a deep dock with alot of vertical structure is a good example of this. this allows the bass to rise or fall depending on the surounding water temp.

There is no doubt that there is something to it, but I would suggest to just go fishing when you can go fishing. Those periods only last for a short time anyway.
