OK,OK....now go away!
It was a pretty treat. The snow.
I woke to 17 degrees and these things......
On my patio covering. Rumor has it that is ice...I can't say for sure.
We got up to a warm 23 degrees today, and the sun did melt enough exposed snow to make a run to the store doable for this southern califorina native. It is now, 6PM and back into the teens. I don't cotton to slipping on this stuff....my bones are old and don't bend well.
Please go away.....

Sorry Eddie....... but it's called weather, and it happens, even on Whidbey Island.

Re: OK,OK....now go away!
But its still not right!
My thermometer is dropping faster than dot-com stock. Just a couple more degrees and I'm in single digits. I'm afraid to go to sleep tonight as my fire might die and my body fluids freeze solid, and I'd miss my bacon and eggs!
The forecast calls for another 6 inches tomorrow evening into Thursday, then...blessed rain!
Yes...rain, I forgot how much I like rain.
Next year when I'm out fishing for lingcod in June, and it starts to rain, I'll be thankful

Hope your patio survives, trees etc..I am a born Mt. Vernon native....when it rains up there after the snows, with heavy snows like that area got, (whatcom, Island, Skagit)...things begin to BREAK...I hope all goes well....if you get freezing rain up there(forcasted for Oregon to Canada along I-5 corridor), conditions will be 10 fold worse than you have now. My son lives in Concrete, and I have cousins in Conway, and relatives in Bellingham.
Enjoy your bacon and eggs!!! becareful...hope all goes well.

I dunno Chrome Bumper....
I believe the ante to play in Beverly Hills is a face lift and breast augmentation...
My breast are the only part of my body that needs no augmentation!
Also, I've heard it rumored that OJ still hunts game around that zip code. Perhaps we can toss out an inquiry to the hunting board just to make sure
