Finally got the stink off my tag!

Well, tagged my first steelhead of the year today FINALLY. Fished the Clack with a buddy of mine and had a great time. Only one chance and one fish, but we got her!!! Drank Bailey's and coffee and got a sunburned nose, I can't believe this in late January.

I fished high rocks today after work and nothin there but I will be back there tomorrow.. If anyone is there look for 285 lbs of fishin fool with a blue fly fishing rain coat/wind breaker short hair and a beard that is overdue on the cuttin..

Anyway to my points..

1--There are lots of beautiful crommers down there but the water is realy slow and clear..

2--Talked to a fish cop (NO NOT our fish cop ) He was talking about some guy in fishermans with a nice native so I asked where did you hear about that?? He said off of the internet.. So I said, "Ifish.net?" He says yes.. and went on to mention that he was impressed with the information that he finds here and is happy to see a group of fisherpersons who care so much about the fish/environment..

So if you are ever wondering if your being a responsible fisherperson just ask yourself what the guys and galls at Ifish would say if you posed the same question to them..

Good job R.W. Doesn't matter where , a fish is a fish. Gotta love those beautiful girl's, hey next time you hit the Bailey's hit a little extra for us a little south, OK when you start stumbling around start singing , and maybe you might make it rain. SEE YA MIKIE.
