Default Lane County Creeks

Hello all:
I was checking out the 2001 regulations for the Northwest Zone and noticed that fishing for fin-clipped steelhead is allowed in several of the creeks north of Florence (Cape Creek, Big Creek, Tenmile, etc.). Are hatchery fish actually being stocked in these streams? Or, are these fish just strays? I don't recall there ever being fish stocked in these streams before. Thanks.

roblosey - Any fin-clipped fish in the creeks you mentioned would be strays.
