New World Duck Calling Champion
That's right, Jim Ronquest of Holly Grove Arkansas competed against a field of 67 to win the this years World Duck Calling Championship. Anyone who knows Jimbo knows that he is an excellent person, a class act, a bad to the bone duck hunter as well as an excellent duck caller. Jim was using an RNT MVP, Congratulations Jim.

Fleece,
Just curious, what call/s do you (normally) blow?
Out hunting?
Contests?

Re: New World Duck Calling Champion
Bill, When im hunting I'm using an RNT Daisy Cutter or a Short Barrel 99% of the time. On stage I stick with an MVP.

Re: New World Duck Calling Champion
doin just fine. I actually just got a Daisy Cutter last week, and MAN, that call sounds like a duck. I'd been blowin a buck gardner timber II performance call before that I liked, but I've converted to team RNT, probably forever.
hey fleece, someday I'd like to get into contests. whenever the time rolls around think you might be able to give me a lesson or two?

Thanks for posting up those pictures. Awesome to see that stage. Hope to enjoy that one day in the crowd or on stage!

Yeah, isn't the Daisy Cutter a real eye opener?!!
I remember the first time I blew one. I had NO intention of buying another Duck Call.
That all CHANGED in a matter of about 15 seconds!
And I ALREADY had/was using an RNT call.
